To apply for test should be fill up the application form, which
inc
lude the name of company, name of Article, contact details and
testing
items with signature, and sent it with testing sample by self-deliver
y or post.

As received your application form and sample, we will sent a evalua
tion list to you with completed time, which is depend on the regular
s
ervice for 7 working days, express service for 3 working days,
or urge
nt service for 24 hours. As special working day has to require
accord
ing to the testing standard, reporting day will be extend. Applicatio
ns received will be regarded from next day. Sunday, Saturday and
Publ
ic holidays are not working days.

The test reports wish to divide by testing samples or testing
items
should be inform before testing finish. As testing finished, it
is no
t acceptable to change the testing report.
- As
the testing report complete, we will inform you to claim the rep
orts and bill by fax or telephone.
- The
testing report is responsible against to the submitted sample
o
nly. The content of report is for references only, not for any
adverti
sing publicity of other commercial purpose.
8. Any question form testing results, please contact us within
one wee
k after received the report, the bill of reexamine should be paid
by c
lient.
9. Non-destroyed samples in course of testing will be destroyed
at the
expiration of a period of three months from the date of the test
repo
rt unless special arrangements have been made in advance with
the clie
nt in writing in regard to the disposal thereof.
