■Explanation of the testing charge

1. Regular service:
(1) Charging bill:
　　Sample cases X charge for each item
(2) Working period:
　　* 7 working days for regular service basically
　　* 7-10 working days will be run, when the client apply too many te
sting items at once.
　　* As special working day has to require according to the testing s
tandard or equipment require, reporting day will be extend

2. Express service:
(1) Charging bill:
　　Regular service + Express service charge
　　 (express service charge: NTD500 per 10 items)
　　Example 1. 1-10 testing items + NTD 500
　　Example 2. 11-20 testing items + NTD1000
(2) Working period:
　　* 3 working days for 1-10 testing items
　　* 3-4 working days for over 10 testing items
　　* As special working day has to require according to the testing s
tandard or equipment require, reporting day will be extend

3. Urgent service:
(1) Charging bill:
　　Regular service x 1.5 + Urgent service charge
　　(urgent service charge: NTD500 per 4 items)
　　Example 1. 1-4 testing items + NTD 500
　　Example 2. 5-8 testing items + NTD1000
(2) Working period:
　　* 24 hours for 1-4 testing items
　　* 24-48 hours for over 5 testing items
　　* As special working day has to require according to the testing s
tandard or equipment require, reporting day will be extend

4. Other
(1) For report: NTD 100 per one Chinese copy and NTD 100 for one Engli
sh report.
p.s. For another copy or English report need one working day.
(2) For special discount : More than one case to apply testing items a
s : UV light test, Carbon ARC light test, Aging test and Hydrolysis t
est: the first case will Charge without any discount, after second cas
e will charge with 30%off.

5. Any objection should be inform within 24 hours when received the ap praise bill, Otherwise it will be taken as a agreement

6. 5% tax will be charge extra.
